Over 80’s Results

After a fun filled day of play in the Over 80’s Tournament on Monday 7th November at the MSA Bowling Club, the winners of this prestigious annual event have been found.

1st: Trevor Watson, Maurice Reid, Joan Harding – 3 wins, 12 ends, 28 points
2nd: Ton Blain, Ray Mitchell, Shirley Maw – 2 wins, 17 ends, 33 points
3rd: Murray Anderson, David Jones, Syd Harrison – 2 wins, 13 ends, 26 points
4th: Robyn Petrie, Charlie Leech, Maureen Knox – 2 wins,13 ends, 21 points

Thank you to all those players who played on the day. There was a lot of banter and laughter on the green as well as some fairly stiff competition. Great bowling everyone, congratulations on your positive participation and the fine example you set for all the younger bowlers in our district.
